  1. All purchases must be completed ONLINE.
  2. NO items will be held unless a full payment has been received.
  3. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase , contact us for an exchange within 3 days of receipt from USPS for store credit only.
  4. Please be mindful of the shipping time frame when placing an order.
  5. If you receive a damaged/defected item, we will ONLY exchange that item for the same item. Shipping time frame applies.
  6.  All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days via USPS. If your item needs to be ordered, please allow 7-10 for it to be received and inspected by a quality expert. Expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout
  7. There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! Exchanges are made at the owners discretion.
